Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Deadline: May 30, 2025

· For contribution paper: Authors should submit a 500-word abstract for technical review by the reviewers. Abstracts should contain enough detail to clearly convey the approach and the results of the research. 

· Only original material should be submitted.

· An author or co-author can only submit a manuscript to be published in the SPIE Digital Library by acceptance of abstract.

Full-text Submission in SPIE

Full-text Submission Deadline: August 30, 2025

· Please submit the manuscript to SPIE System after receiving the Notification of Abstract Acceptance. The full manuscript should be submitted before August 30 through SPIE submission system. The system will open on July 20. Each manuscript must be (a) cover research relevant to the Conference call for papers; (b) be at least two full pages long with figures no larger than necessary; (c) conform to the SPlE guidelines for format, style, and clarity of expression, and written in English; (d) contain technical data, methodology, and description to explain results and support conclusions, and proper references and figure credits; and (e) include only citations that are necessary to the paper.

· Any usage of artificial intelligence (Al) and/or large language models (LLMs) must:

a. Follow SPlE's current guidelines on ethical publishing.
b. Disclose the nature of usage in the Acknowledgements section. The disclosure must include:

1. Which tool was used.
2. How it was used.
3. The prompt used.

· Please be aware of the following before you begin to upload:

1. No less than 4-page, may be longer if desired (4-20 page is acceptable).
2. Preferred file format is Microsoft Word or Postscript.
3. PDF format is also acceptable.
4. File types: .docx, .doc, .rtf, .ps, .prn, .pdf

· Any no-show paper will not be published or indexed.

Notes for full-text submission:

· Full-text submission refers to submitting full-text manuscripts to SPIE in accordance with SPIE format requirements；

· If authors intend to publish full-text papers on SPIE, the following requirments must be met：

1. Submit abstract to ‘Learning Conference’ system;
2. Abstract submission is accepted during the review；
3. Register and attend the conference, as well as complete either an oral presentation or poster presentation during the conference；
4. Both the format and content of the full-text manuscript must be approved during the review；
5. Upload abstract and full-text manuscript in English before the deadlines.
