Full-text Submission Deadline for Domestic Review: August 15, 2025
This full text submission will first pass the domestic review and then be submitted to the SPIE submission system. The full-text submission deadline date for domestic review is August 15, 2025. After the domestic full-text review is passed, authors will receive an email notification containing a dedicated link for SPIE submission. Please complete the submission for the SPIE system as required by the email.
Notes for full-text submission:
· Full-text submission refers to submitting full-text manuscripts to SPIE in accordance with SPIE format requirements;
· If authors intend to publish full-text papers on SPIE, the following requirments must be met:
1. Submit abstract to ‘Learning Conference’ system;
2. Abstract submission is accepted during the review;
3. Register and attend the conference, as well as complete either an oral presentation or poster presentation during the conference;
4. The full text submission for domestic review should be completed before the deadline of August 15, 2025
5. The full text submitted has passed domestic review both in format and content.
Each manuscript must be (a) cover research relevant to the Conference call for papers; (b) be at least four full pages long with figures no larger than necessary; (c) conform to the SPlE guidelines for format, style, and clarity of expression, and written in English; (d) contain technical data, methodology, and description to explain results and support conclusions, and proper references and figure credits; and (e) include only citations that are necessary to the paper.
· Any usage of artificial intelligence (Al) and/or large language models (LLMs) must:
a. Follow SPlE's current guidelines on ethical publishing.
b. Disclose the nature of usage in the Acknowledgements section. The disclosure must include:
1. Which tool was used.
2. How it was used.
3. The prompt used.
· Please be aware of the following before you begin to upload:
1. No less than 4-page, may be longer if desired (4-20 page is acceptable).
2. Preferred file format is Microsoft Word or Postscript.
3. File types: Only PDF format is acceptable by SPIE.

Please note that the manuscript might be rejected by SPIE if
· The manuscript is not in adherence with SPIE format specifications or does not reach SPIE on time. (SPIE will contact authors whose manuscripts have formatting problems. The authors shall be responsible for correcting any problems and submitting revisions in a timely manner.)
· The manuscript with too high similarity according to Crossref Similarity Check.
· Any no-show paper will not be published or indexed.
