The manuscript paper have fixed format that the athor must be obeyed, seeing templates and sample manuscript.

.论文来稿
①作者使用自己原来的户名、密码,通过AOMATT来稿系统完成英文摘要正文来稿,来稿系统具有同作者通信、导航和互动功能以方便来稿。来稿应为原创作品,符合SPIE文集在内容、格式、英文表达等方面出版要求。参照A4纸英文文稿格式(Format)模板要求、并参考SPIE文集样本进行,SPIE要求每篇文章长度为6页,不得少于5页,不能超过10页。作者来稿文责自负,本单位保密审查手续自办。
通过评审的论文,由作者自行上传到美国SPIE稿件接收系统mySPIE中。中方编审联络人李沅清老师:移动电话13688330930;邮箱liyq@ioe.ac.cn
②论文最终为SPIE收录的必要条件为:1、摘要和论文正文通过评审;2、作者注册交费、参加会议并按规定在会议上口头发表或张贴发表论文;3、按规定及时上传论文稿到美国SPIE投稿系统。否则视为自动放弃。
③口头报告代表应按程序册安排,及时在相应分会场事先录入报告PPT并准时报告。会议在张贴报告厅为每份张贴报告提供标准展板一个展面,供立式粘贴,张贴报告长度尺寸不超过2米、宽度约0.9-1米,鼓励彩色制作。张贴作者应坚守岗位,进行交流。会议报到时组委会将检查作者报告准备情况,张贴报告不符合规范者不得张贴。没有到场张贴的文章,SPIE文集将谢绝收录。
